While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any significant changes affecting their orders.

2. Domestic Shipping – Qatar

We offer delivery services throughout Qatar.

Shipping fees are calculated separately on the day of delivery, based on the customer's delivery area and location.

The applicable shipping fee will be communicated to the customer before dispatch and is not included in the product price.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to destinations outside Qatar.

International shipping fees are calculated individually based on the destination country, complete delivery address, and total shipment weight.

The final shipping cost will be confirmed and communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including their full name, contact number, and delivery address.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in additional charges or delays.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional delivery arrangements and fees may apply.
