3. Measurements & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the appropriate product specifications when placing an order.
All custom-made and made-to-order pieces are prepared according to the measurements and details confirmed at checkout.
We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting solely from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Any discrepancies resulting from production errors will be addressed in accordance with our Exchange & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Full payment is required to confirm an order and initiate processing, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are calculated separately based on the delivery destination and are not included in the product price unless explicitly indicated.
For deliveries within Qatar, shipping charges are calculated on the day of delivery according to the customer's location.
For international orders, shipping charges are determined according to the destination country, complete delivery address, and shipment weight.
Customers will be informed of the applicable shipping fees before dispatch.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order details have been verified.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected products, measurements, delivery details, and contact information before completing their purchase.
If any clarification is required, our team may contact the customer before proceeding with production.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date of payment confirmation.

International Orders: 17–21 calendar days.
Delivery estimates include weekends and public holidays.
While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customs procedures, or courier-related issues.

7. Exchanges, Alterations & Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for changes of mind or personal preferences.
Alterations or exchanges may be arranged if an item does not match the measurements confirmed at the time of ordering due to a verified production error.
Customers are requested to report such discrepancies within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Order modifications and cancellations are subject to the production status of the order.
